To apply for a life-changing opportunity with the Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Scholarship Award 2017, upload your video and picture and then fill in the below form before submitting. Our judging panel will review all applications before inviting the successful applicants to the regional semi-final. All the fields are mandatory.
